Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

These terms govern use of the Wayfare platform and this website. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them on behalf of the agency you represent.

The service

Wayfare is an operations platform for travel agencies, tour operators, and DMCs: inquiries, proposals, bookings, suppliers, departures, and related workflows in one workspace. Features evolve; we may improve or change functionality, and we will not materially reduce the core service you pay for during a paid term.

The service is currently offered in an early-access program. Onboarding may be gated by a demo or activation step, and some documented capabilities are rolling out progressively.

Accounts and workspaces

  • Each agency operates its own workspace and is responsible for the users it invites.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
  • Workspace owners control member roles and permissions.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your workspace.

Your data

The operational data your team enters — customers, travelers, trips, bookings, suppliers, documents — belongs to your agency. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On termination you can request an export of your data before it is deleted.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, infringing, or deceptive use of the platform.
  • No attempts to breach tenant isolation, probe, or disrupt the service.
  • No reselling or white-labeling the service without a written agreement.
  • No sending spam through the platform's communication features.

Fees and trials

Paid plans are described on the pricing page. Where a trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription only when you actively subscribe. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and performant, but during early access we do not yet offer a contractual uptime SLA. Planned maintenance and incidents are communicated to workspace owners.

Intellectual property

We own the platform, its software, and branding. You receive a non-exclusive right to use the service for your agency's operations for the duration of your subscription. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the product without obligation.

Termination

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate workspaces that materially breach these terms, after notice where practical.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes are announced to workspace owners in advance. Questions? Contact hello@example.com.
