Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

This policy explains what personal data Wayfare ("we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this marketing website and the Wayfare platform.

Data we collect

Contact and demo requests. When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you provide — typically your name, work email, agency name, and message — together with the page you submitted from and basic request metadata used for spam prevention.

Newsletter. If you subscribe to updates we store the email address you provide, and use it only to send those updates.

Platform accounts. When your agency creates a workspace we process account data (name, email, role) and the operational data your team enters — customers, trips, bookings, suppliers, and related records. Your agency controls that data; we process it to provide the service.

Technical data. Our hosting and security infrastructure logs standard request information (IP address, user agent, timestamps) to operate the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.

How we use data

  • To respond to inquiries and demo requests.
  • To provide, secure, and improve the platform.
  • To send product updates you asked for — every email includes a way to opt out.
  • To prevent spam and abuse (rate limiting, honeypots, request hashing).
  • To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies and tracking

The marketing site is a static website and does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The platform uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in. If we add product analytics, this policy will be updated first and any non-essential tracking will be consent-based.

Where data lives and who processes it

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run the service — database and authentication hosting, content delivery, and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and data-processing commitments. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

Data isolation

Each agency workspace is a separate tenant. Tenant data is isolated with database-level row security so one agency can never read another's records. See our security overview for details.

Retention

Inquiry and newsletter data is kept for as long as it is needed to handle your request or send the updates you subscribed to. Workspace data is retained while your agency has an account and deleted or returned on request after termination, subject to legal retention requirements.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent (for example, unsubscribe) at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR. To exercise any of these, contact us at hello@example.com.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting platform customers are announced to workspace owners directly.
